When your nickname is ‘The Mayor of Ballard’ it’s a pretty safe bet that a lot of locals know your name. But when you brand your name, it can help to have an icon that tells others what you do. Luckily, Liz Talley’s initials provided all the structure Propeller needed to create a modern rendition of the ubiquitous real estate ‘for sale’ sign. That same icon was repeated into a pattern and then printed onto custom wrapping tissue to wrap around the welcome basket she gives her clients when they take ownership of the new homes she sold them.
